These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vutika service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Vutika is a free online tool that lets you paste a public link to a post on Facebook, X, or TikTok and retrieve the original media file. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only to download content that:

  • You created or published yourself;
  • You have explicit permission from the rights holder to download and keep; or
  • You have a clear legal basis to save (for example, fair use or fair dealing in your jurisdiction).

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Circumvent technical protections, access private or restricted content, or violate any platform's terms of service;
  • Abuse, overload, or automate requests in a way that harms the Service or its infrastructure;

5. Intellectual Property

Vutika does not claim ownership of any content downloaded through the Service. All trademarks, logos, and content retrieved from third-party platforms remain the property of their respective owners. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded content and for complying with applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. No Affiliation

Vutika is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta (Facebook), X Corp., or ByteDance (TikTok). We are not responsible for changes those platforms make that may affect the Service's functionality.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR DOWNLOADABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VUTIKA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vutika and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Since the Service requires no account, termination generally means blocking abusive traffic or discontinuing the Service altogether.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vutika operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
